Innovative Contoured Design
The contoured design of the K-Special Wheelchair Back is the ideal solution for mild to moderate spinal curvatures. The unique pocket is capable of accommodating high or low kyphosis, providing excellent comfort and positioning. The precise construction and dimensions of the back are the results of several years of innovative research.
Constructed with Ballistic Nylon
The K-Special Wheelchair Back is made of a pliable Ballistic Nylon, that conforms to the body shape, whether high or low involvement to provide superior comfort and support. The fabric is easy to wipe clean and allows the wheelchair to fold up as intended.
Padding with Options
The K-Special back is built with comfort in mind. The inside of the back is lined with soft foam to reduce pressure on the apex of the spine. For additional comfort, the K-Special back can be constructed with Elasto-Gel inserts built into the back.
Built to Fit
The K-Special back fits on most models and sizes of wheelchairs. It is simple to install by sliding it over the handle bars or screwing it to the wheelchair frame. For larger wheelchairs, custom sizing is available.
